Cancellation Policy

Seminars

• Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all events. Registrations that do not include payment will not be processed.
  If you believe it necessary to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund minus a $100 administration fee for cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the event. A refund of the full registration fee (minus the administration fee) will be processed within seven business days from confirmation of withdrawal. The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event. In those cases, you may transfer your registration fee minus a $100 administration fee to a future seminar. The transfer credit will be valid for one year and is non-transferable.
• Cancellation notice must be communicated in writing by email. You will receive a return email confirmation from us within two business days confirming your cancellation. If you do not receive our confirmation, your cancellation notice has not been processed and you will need to submit a phone calls/messages will not be accepted as proof of cancellation.
  No refunds will be given for no-shows.
• A course will be cancelled or rebooked if there is insufficient enrolment; our policy is two weeks. You will be notified of changes/cancellations and refunds/options by email.

• Cancellation or re-scheduling is accepted prior to 24 hours of the appointment or full payment is required
